About Nato Kavtaradze

18+ years of legal expertise across Georgia and Europe.

I am Nato Kavtaradze, a Georgian lawyer and legal consultant with more than 18 years of professional experience in law, primarily in civil, administrative, tax, and capital markets law. Since becoming a member of the Georgian Bar Association in 2011, I have advised both domestic and international clients on complex legal matters, including corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, dispute resolution, and legal risk management.

I graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law at Georgian Technical University and later obtained my Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctoral (PhD) research in Private Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, focusing on investor protection through capital market law mechanisms and financial regulation.

My professional experience also includes international legal research. I completed a traineeship at Deutsches Aktieninstitut in Frankfurt and was awarded a doctoral research fellowship at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. I work in Georgian, German, English, and Russian.
